Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail within 3 working days.
If you require tracked shipping, please select this option at the checkout. We cannot track or locate lost parcels sent with standard shipping.

We charge a flat rate for shipping:
UK Standard (Untracked) - £2.95
UK Tracked - £5.50
International - £9.99
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products please get in touch with us on hello@lunasalacia.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please send us as many pictures as possible so that we can open a case with the postage company.
If your products arrive damaged or faulty please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
If you have changed your mind and would like a refund, products must be returned to us and arrive to us in a re-sellable condition with all original packaging intact before we can issue a refund. Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost.
